Fair Use Policy

1. Overview

This policy outlines acceptable use of the igeo.ai AI Agents platform and the measures we take to provide a fair, reliable experience for every user.

2. Usage Limits

• Daily limit: each user may run each individual AI agent up to 10 times per day.
• An Agent Run is one instance of executing an AI agent to perform a task.
• These limits keep the service available and prevent any user from monopolizing resources.

3. Monitoring and Enforcement

We monitor usage across the platform. Accounts that exceed a daily agent limit may be flagged and notified.

• A formal warning may be issued after the initial flag.
• Continued overuse may lead to temporary suspension or a permanent ban for that agent.
• Enforcement decisions are based on the severity and frequency of overuse.

4. Appeals Process

If you believe your account was flagged, warned, or banned in error, contact support@igeo.ai with the details of your case. Appeals are reviewed individually and igeo.ai’s decision is final.

5. Policy Updates

We may modify this Fair Use Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the website or other official channels. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
