1. Acceptance of Terms

These Developer Terms of Use govern your participation in IGEO AI LTD’s proprietary marketplace and associated content, features, and services.

By submitting, uploading, or listing a Contribution, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of your organization.

2. Submission and Review of Contributions

IGEO may test each Contribution for compliance with quality standards and request corrections. Acceptance means written confirmation that the Contribution meets our requirements.

3. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All Contributions, modifications, and derivatives, including associated intellectual property rights, are the exclusive property of IGEO. You agree to assist IGEO in enforcing those rights globally.

4. Contributions

• Contributions must be original, lawful, appropriate, and free of malware.
• Contributions must not infringe third-party rights or require undisclosed royalties.
• IGEO may remove or edit a Contribution and may require updates to maintain compliance.

5. Consideration and Expenses

Compensation is calculated per Contribution run under IGEO’s internal token-based system. You are responsible for applicable taxes and related expenses.

6. Additional Representations

• You have all required rights and permissions.
• You comply with applicable law.
• You have the required expertise.
• No restriction prevents your performance.

7. Privacy

IGEO’s privacy practices are governed by the Privacy Policy.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend IGEO and its affiliates from claims, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your Contributions, or a violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

IGEO may suspend or terminate participation at any time. On termination, all activity must cease. Provisions concerning ownership, warranties, indemnification, termination, and general terms survive.

10. General

• Governing law and jurisdiction: Cyprus and the courts of Nicosia.
• Invalid provisions will be reformed or removed without affecting the remainder.
• You may not assign these Terms without written consent.
• Any legal claim must be filed within one year.
